Python '2021 Complete Python Bootcamp From Zero to Hero in Python' or '100 Days of Code - The Complete Python Pro Bootcamp'
I can recommend "100 Days of Code." At least for a complete beginner. The course is structured so that a new concept is introduced first. Afterwards you get a challenge, which you have to solve on your own as a daily task. Possible solutions are given afterwards, but you are encouraged to solve the exercise yourself. And each new concept and challenge builds on the previous one. Every day you are taken a little bit further out of your comfort zone without being completely overwhelmed. Personally, I find the level quite comfortable. More on reddit.com

at the site_downloader. If it actually would fail 3 times it would jump out of the except block and do "return soap" which then would not assigned and therefor causing an error? While the python way would be to just reraise the thrown exeption if tried == 0? idk. Pls correct me. More on reddit.com

Can't decide. I've done a fair amount of coding in traditional highest level languages and a bit of Ruby. Had discussed learning Python in different threads and now I've zeroes into these two.
EDIT:
If you want the courses they are available for $15 each. If they are more try again. People say if you use incognito mode (or probably a different browser) the price should drop. Or just go back later.

+1 for 100 Days of Code The challenges really cement what you've learned on any given "day". Some days take longer than a day to complete, e.g. The Bootstrap section took me about 4 days to complete because it was massive. Everything in the course is structured fantastically and even goes through things related to coding in general, such as IDEs and coding best coding practices, and not just Python exclusively. I tried Zero to Hero and could not get behind it. The instructor, IMHO, seems like someone who is extremely knowledgeable in Python but has forgotten that he's teaching beginners. The course appears to be geared towards people with previous programming experience.

What is the best way to be efficient in this course? Should I run through from Section 1 until the end or should I create a project while I finish the course?
I mean, the course is great but I'm a bit anxious that I cannot memorize all the theories and codes and ultimately apply this in real-life coding situations.
So should I finish the course first before working on a real project?

You aren't going to find your answer here. Take a moment, relax, contemplate, meditate, whatever you do to find peace. You know your own learning style, just do it. Also realize that in no foreseeable future for yourself, will you be in any scenario where you should be panicking about not knowing some theory or code or syntax. You will ALWAYS have some form of help to guide you (manuals, docstrings, google, stackoverflow, etc.). Every programmer looks up syntax or arguments or methods or modules or ... multiple times nearly every single day. Programming is fun because there's very little risk (for non-dev or -career programmers, at least). My best piece of advice: Stop asking for advice on how to do something 'correctly.' Start asking for advice on what you did wrong. Give it your best shot. You've got this.
