You’ll need to select the fulfillment option while shopping or during the checkout process. All orders placed using BOPUS or Free Ship to Store that are not picked up within 7 days of the original purchase date will automatically be refunded and items will be placed back into inventory. Any Kohl’s Cash or Rewards that had been applied to the purchase, will have the value returned to you.

Likewise, merchandise purchased at a Sephora at Kohl's location cannot be returned to a stand alone Sephora store.
