Looking to purchase a cheap laptop and do not know a thing about computers. There is one on sale right now for $330 CAD and was wondering if it could run a basic program such as Cricut. Won't be used for any type of gaming. Laptop model number is Acer A315-510P-369U, it has 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD and a i3-N305 processor running Windows 11.

If I were you, I would get another laptop with at least a i5 or Ryzen 5 for better value for money.

The A315-510P-369's i3-N305 processor has 8 cores and 8 threads, so it´s not that bad..the designer software requires only half as much RAM as the PC you asked for, and the model I read about was up gradable to 32GB RAM, So you have room to evolve.. Since the Designer app does not require much power at all, So I can't se Why your A315-510P-369 would not be enough! (You can even use a better android-phone to run the designer app!)
