They have a really good deal right now for $155 for the AIRPOD PRO 2 units. However, if you buy them, they will NOT be recognized by Apple and you will not only NOT receive any support from Apple, you will be unable to add AppleCare+ to these AirPods because Walmart does not provide proof of purchase to Apple and there is apparently no way to get a receipt with the serial numbers, which Apple requires. As far as Apple is concerned, these are essentially no different from counterfeit AirPods (I don't think they are counterfeit, but as far as Apple is concerned, they might as well be).
This is detailed in another thread here:

Walmart final BF ad was released and shows the lightning version for $169.99.
Wanted to ask here in speculation, do we think A) Amazon will match this price and B)do we think this will also be extended to USB-C?
Besides the obvious case changes, is there a genuine difference in the listening experience?
Thanks for reading! I know it is a speculation post but I’m interested to see the discourse regardless.
