You have to do so via chat now. Be sure to screenshot the conversation tho as you go along for proof of what you have been told. As soon as you tell them you don’t need anymore help they end it, close the window immediately and then you do not have access to the records. I’ve had to do with with three chats now, and am on my 5th rep (one initially, then two the second time, and now two this time. It’s a complete joke. More on reddit.com

I am trying to find a support chat or phone number to contact Amazon Canada for a website issue. My searches have resulted in being directed to the same page. It looks like there is no way possible to contact Amazon Canada customer support. In the past, I was able to find a contact us button that allow me to start a support call.
