Can't open more than 4 upload tabs without it going to that page. Are the servers just overloaded with people uploading before the holidays or is there something going on?

Edit: never mind, it's 2 tabs now.

I got an Echo Dot 3rd Gen a few months back as part of a promotion Amazon was running and ran into this issue just after a month of use. Amazon kept saying "Sorry something went wrong. Please try again later or contact customer support." So I did both, and the issue still persisted for another month. Finally, Amazon support, out of other ideas created a repair ticket and I sent it back. I received the device back yesterday and lo & behold the problem wasn't fixed. Amazon is prepared to offer me a refund but I got it as part of a promotion for a buck and change, and don't feel it's worth the hassle.

Does somebody over here have any ideas I could try? I'm not afraid of breaking the device since it doesn't work anyways.

Barring that, are there any interesting mods I can try?
