Good luck is all I can say. I’m leaving Amazon due to RTO despite my being fully remote for 9 out of my 12 years. I saw the writing on the wall and them doubling down on RTO/RTH and I knew my time would be up soon. Saw multiple co-workers leave or be forced out for the same reasons.
