I'm thinking of getting a brand new iphone, but I'm not 100% sold on it right now and I don't want to spend hundreds of pounds on something I don't like.
I noticed the UK apple return policy is 14 days- does this apply to opened and used goods or only sealed? Could I order an iphone online, use it for 2 weeks and return it if I don't like it?
Spoke with an Apple customer service rep who said that an in-store purchase can be returned for up to 30 days with no issue and that every Apple Store would honor this.
I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro a couple weeks ago just to try out the smaller size before I decided which 17 Pro to order (been using the Max for years). I totally forgot that the phones are only available for pre-order at first though, so needed a little extra time on my current device. I’ll return it after I switch everything over from the new one.
Either way I’m fine because I have the recorded call confirming I’m good. Just curious about everyone else’s experience.
I am a long-time Android user and am really considering switching to iPhone because they now have USB Type C and I want to give Apple a shot. I am just really worried I won't like it, so was wondering what the return policy is in the UK, if I change my mind?
From what I read I have 14 days to return the phone but how do they look at it if it is already opened and my only reason is I didn't like it? I read somewhere that they deduct 25% from the purchase of the phone instead of giving a full refund.
