Can’t Load My Purchased History - Apple Community
I tried typing in a wrong password and it came back with "wrong password", so it must know that my password is correct! i also tried the same on my MacBook, via iTunes and then Account, View my Account. Same error! I click on Purchase History and it asks for my password loads of times and can never seem to process it. Issue not occurr if i tried other Apple ID, so it seems related to my account.

Hello, i have an iphone 12 pro iOS 18.3.2
i want to view my purchase history in the app store and i want to specifically see all purchases from more than 90 days back.
when i try to change the filters and i set it to for example last year, i click apply and the damn thing just loads forever and ever, nothing ever happens and i wait more than 40 minutes for the damn filter to load and nothing happens.
it doesnt matter to what filter i set it, it will always load forever.
i have restarted the phone multiple times and i tried to contact Apple but no avail. i tried finding a youtube video about this but i only see tutorials on how to view the purchase history which i already know.
does anyone of you know whats wrong with this damn thing?

I’m trying to find a specific purchase I made years ago and when trying to put on the filter to that specific year it’s taken ages to load and is just stuck loading, I’ve restarted my phone but that hasn’t worked, anyone know how I can solve this problem? Thanks.

Same issue here. I’m on iOS 18.4 with iPhone 15 Pro Max. Says “More Than 25 Result” but I still pressed search anyways then that’s where it’s stuck with loading. I just submitted feedback for this cuz this is bullshit lol

I actually figured out a workaround that works for me. select the date range selected the cost select the type. Ex app apply click another type option. Ex app, Other For whatever reason this forces the results to return for me. Hope this helps anyone else!

Not only the filters are too strict (can only select one year at a time) and also don’t persist when I close the window, once we apply and see the results I can’t tap the App icon and go to the app page to view it or download it.
This means if I want to download apps I purchased, I need to go search for it. Worse, if I don’t remember the app name but I remember I bought it a while ago, I can’t simply scroll until I find it, because I don’t know exactly when I bought it so I can’t select the year for example. I’d have to go year by year, which is obviously a horrible user experience.
What was Apple thinking?? This is awful.
