The facts have been reported on this block already. H&M isn’t moving by want, they’re being forced out by the new landlord. This whole block was sold at a huge loss recently, and the new owner will clearly redevelop it. It’s not bad news that H&M is taking over an existing vacant retail spot and allowing other vacant retail to be redeveloped, it’s good news. More on reddit.com
