I'm sure there's some place that has this information stored, but I can't figure out what the login and password is so I can also log into the service on my computer. It did not ask me to enter a password when I signed up, so I'm guessing that I stored the information somewhere in there. (It's not using my Apple ID - I already tried that.)
I want to watch a series on apple tv. I don't own any apple devices. I logged in on my pc. I got the free subscription. So far everything works fine.
I want to watch on my laptop (windows). I downloaded the app, which for some reason I was not able to find on the apple website, so I had to get it from microsoft store.
I now have the app on my laptop. I tried to log in.
I get the following error message.
"Cannot Sign in.
To sign in using this account, please go to appleid.apple.com"
For some reason it is not a hotlink and I manually have to type this in.
On the website I try to log in. After sending me a fucking verification to my email and then to my phone, I thought I am finally logged in, but no.
I am stuck on the "Apple ID & Privacy" Screen. on the bottom there is a button "continue". I can't click it. It is not possible to proceed from here.
What can I do? Thanks in advance.
