I am going to install vinyl sheet flooring in one of my rentals (only in the master bedroom and adjacent connected den room). both have fairly high traffic.

I don't know anything about vinyl sheet flooring but the stuff in the bathroom and kitchen (i don't know what brand) has held up for about 18 years so far.

I am looking at the lowe's and home depot brands (style selections and trafficmaster) but they seem kinda flimsy.

I went to a local flooring store warehouse and was shown armstrong and duralux brands. they seem a little more robust but not by much. my research shows that they are better than style selections and traffic master in terms of durability.

does anyone have any feedback into these brands? i'm leaning towards the armstrong brand.
