What’s a good processor for a asus rog strix x570-e gaming motherboard?

Hey y'all I was just curious if anyone knows the reason why the X570-e only has 2666 MHz of RAM speed in comparison to its competitors that have 3200 MHz. I'm doing a comparison right now on versus.com and it looks like 42% of motherboards have 3200 MHz. I currently have a Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro Wifi which I plan to sell because I wanted ASUS (for the aesthetic) but my RAM speed will be dropping from 3200 MHz to 2666 MHz. I currently have DDR4 3600 CL16 RAM. Is this something that will be noticeable? If I go into BIOS and change the speed will that be considered overclocking which could be unstable? I am unsure if I should return the motherboard entirely and keep what I have, find something else that's just as aesthetically pleasing, or just change the RAM speed in BIOS. Please help!

According to it's tech specs page, ram up to 4400mhz is supported. The fact that Asus are showing everything above 2666mhz as OC, just means they're being more upfront about how ram speed works than their competitors.

Most DDR4 ram has a JEDEC standardized speed of 2133mhz. Even though you can buy a kit that's listed as 3600 CL16, you need to enable XMP / DOCP profiles to achieve that (which is considered overclocking).
or just change the RAM speed in BIOS
This is all you need to do to reach the advertised speed of your ram.
