What has been your experience using the ASUS X570-i? Mine has been terrible.

[Motherboard] ASUS ROG Strix X570-I Mini ITX AMD - $249.99 - Newegg
I have a hard time recommending this board over the rog b550i.
the b550i has bios flashback, a usb-c header, usb-c audio that doubles as a second slow usb-c port... and is more than adequate for most CPUs
if you are running anything less than a 5900x, the rog b550i is likely the better board for you.

Okay this might be a bit of a rant but I have been using my Asus X570-i paired with a Ryzen 3600x that I bought around 2 years ago. It is currently water cooled and in the NR200p. I have had multiple issues with this board over the years and sent in for 2 (probably going onto the 3rd) RMAs.
The first one was due to the usb ports on the back of my board not supplying enough power to the keyboard I had plugged in. Keep in mind the keyboard is a Corsair k70 and it has two USB cables, one for power and one for RGB I believe. So I sent it into get RMA through my the retail store I purchased it from. ASJS kindly returned the board with "updated the bios" problem solved. Go home rebuild my pc and what do you know the usb ports still don't work.
A week later I take it back to the store, except this time I bring the entire system and all my peripherals with me as they instructed me to do so over the phone. They run their own diagnostic and confirm the motherboard usb header isn't working and not supplying the correct voltage. So they pack it up for me and ship it over to ASUS. The result of this RMA, "Repaired broken/bent CPU pin connector". I was like okay maybe they've actually fixed the issue, nope. Go back home rebuild and the same issue occurs.
Coming back to the present, I have since done a fresh install of Windows about a month or so ago and everything has been fine. Just accepted that the usb port that I payed $500 (aud) for isn't going to work. I've been using this computer primarily for gaming (low end stuff like counterstrike and Rocket League) and light web development stuff. I've been running into major issues with the computer freezing on me and crashing during Csgo matches about 20-30 mins into the game. So I rebuilt the computer again and nothing changed. My temperatures have also been fine. (roughly 70*c for the CPU under most loads)
I am wondering if anyone else has had this bad of an experience with ASUS boards or am I just unlucky? I have not been impressed with Asus customer service at all and the RMA centre. I don't want to send the board in for RMA as I start uni at the end of October and can't have my board being "repaired" for the next 3 months.
Also my first pc build was with a MSI full ATX board which died basically 6 months after building it. MSI replaced it no questions asked.
Update: Just got my motherboard back from Asus. Sent it in on the 04/09 and got it back today 29/09. Not bad turn around
Resolution: Repaired parts, resoldering, reheat or rewire to solve the problem.
Hopefully once I set it up it will be all good but not very happy with the very vague repair notes.
