Mono Jabra Evolve2 65. Very good audio quality over Jabra's proprietary Bluetooth adapter and has pretty good microphone quality and if you flip the boom up then it's muted. If you're usually on video calls and rarely on phone calls, then you could get one of the options for true wireless and just put one bud in. But I think the best option is probably just use your favorite Bluetooth earbuds and then have a nice desktop microphone be the microphone. The desktop microphone is going to have much better audio quality anyway and your favorite earbuds are going to work well for the audio. More on reddit.com

My old Jabra has finally given out. I need to purchase my own most affordable headset for use with Teams and other telephony interface. It doesn't need to be certified (in my opinion) but I want to know the basics will work with Teams.
Can anyone recommend something around US$100-ish that is either a one ear with mic, or a in-ear with a mic that extends pretty far (my voice does not carry well so I need a good microphone with noise cancellation). I'd like a wireless with USB that runs on very recent USB standards. Any suggestions are very much appreciated. Thanks!

I use a separate microphone and audio pipeline to filter out background voices and music from the living room, so I use AirPods Pro in transparency mode and love their sound and that you can barely see them. I strongly dislike using them as a microphone because it lowers the quality of the sound considerably.
