November 28, 2025 - 1 suggested that i just go in for them to look at it. when i got there, there was no one at the Geek Squad desk so i asked another store rep. where they were. they asked if i had an appointment, and i said no but was advised that i could go in the store to seek help. they stated that they wouldn't do it without an appointment and that they could set one up. then, looked at the phone and said that if i did not buy Best Buy warranty, they could not work on the phone. i contacted Geek Squad online again and got a helpful person who was upset that i had such horrible service and set up the appointment but it won't happen for a couple of days. so another complaint i have is that they do not have "loaner" phones for this type of issue.
