Best cooling sheets?
Peru Pima sheets percale cotton are so unbelievably soft after a few washes. Hell they're soft when you first buy them. I've not found any percale as awesome as Peru Pima sheets.

What is the best material for sheets to keep you cool?
In my testing, sheets made with cotton or Tencel Lyocell excelled above the rest in terms of temperature regulation. Cotton repels heat and is very airy, whereas Tencel Lyocell is great at wicking moisture away and is breathable. That said, bamboo and linen have a looser weave allowing for more airflow, so they may do better than cotton and Tencel Lyocell.
Can cooling sheets help with night sweats?
Night sweats can occur for a number of reasons, but no matter the cause, you'll want to invest in cooling sheets.
"Cooling bed sheets can help with night sweats by keeping you from becoming too hot and trapping moisture away from your skin. It's best that you find cooling sheets that are more lightweight and breathable, " says Gartenberg. "Heavier cooling sheets will make you sweat more, so finding cooling sheets that are super lightweight and breathable will be most beneficial to you."

I got a set of percale cotton from Tuft and Needle in 2021. They’re wonderfully cool and crisp, like a hotel sheet. I love them. You touch them and they’re just so soft. I just ordered an organic percale cotton set from them and they’re not cool or soft. They’re a bit scratchy. Is this because of the organic cotton? Do I need to wash them a few times to make them softer?
Also, any other recommendations for cooling sheets? I had a pair from Target I liked but it seems they changed the design because people keep complaining about how they don’t seem cooling anymore.

What made you get organic cotton if you already had sheets you liked? Do you need that? Generally if you find something you like in this budget range, the best thing to do is just stick with it. I do know organic cotton maxes out in quality a bit sooner than regular cotton, but that shouldn’t be the case for this budget. Sheets do get softer with wash if they’re quality, but it may not get as soft as you’d like so it’s better to compare sheets right out of the box
