As per your description, in Microsoft Team there is planner app (choose Tasks by Planner and To Do) you can organize your tasks by adding one or more Planner tabs to a team channel. Use Schedule view to organize your tasks on calendar and you can view by Month or Week.

Also, there another app called SharePoint online list, Organizations typically use many types of lists, including links, announcements, contacts, issue tracking, and surveys. Microsoft Lists app is an application that helps you track information, organize work, and manage workflows across products in Microsoft 365.

Lists can also include tasks that you can use as a focal point for team collaboration or in a business solution. For example, you can use:

Tasks Include tracking of ownership and progress as well as an in-page timeline for an attractive visual presentation the list content.
