I have a B350 and have no issues with it. I'm cheap but decided to spend the extra money because the cheap headset I had been using was uncomfortable both on my ear and on my head (I'm bald, the thin metal band on the cheap set felt awful). I don't wear it all day like some of these guys out here but when I've got it on for several hours I don't really feel uncomfortable or anything. The ear cuff doesn't give me any issues and the metal band is a bit wider than the one on my old set so it doesn't bother me. Can't speak on other brands but I think the B350 is pretty decent. Well, here we go. Right off the bat, it will not simultaneously make a Bluetooth connection to my two phones. I paired each phone individually and disconnected them prior to pairing the second phone and then tried to have them both connect to the headset at once and no luck. More on reddit.com

Which has the best call quality? Tied up between the 400 and 450.
Money isn’t an issue.
Used for the 100 phone calls I have to make every day from the home office. Been using the AirPods but I keep hearing feedback about hearing echos or “I can’t hear you”.
I do very little driving now. 99% of my calls are in my office.

I got a cheapo headset that of Amazon for $50 and it's been on par with all of these. Nobody can tell I'm working because the noise cancelling is so good. No need to pay these prices honestly
