I think a lot of people forget, but both Android and iOS devices have sound equalizer options built into the settings.
If you'd like to adjust the EQ on your new Bose 700s (or any other headphones) you can tweak the settings there.
This will allow you to do basic sound customization, at least until the Bose Music app is updated (which they have said is on the way)

Edit: since then I have found that using the app called wavelet works better than the in app eq
Each to their own though.
I did some testing yesterday. This is what I came up with and posted on the Bose Forums.

I only listen up to about 80% volume. Anything higher blows out the mids (IMO) which is annoying. As volume scales everything takes a back seat to the Mids and it feels like I am listening to a megaphone. Now with the EQ tweaked, I think I have found a sweetspot between SPL and the pinpoint accuracy of these headphones. I listen to EDM, Top 100, Rap primarily.
Settings:
-Bass 5
-Mids -1
-Treble 4
ANC 0 or 2.
For ANC Levels of 8 or higher these settings will probably be a bit too bright especially at higher volumes. I would recommend the settings below. Personally, I feel ANC 0 is the best for overall audio. Especially at lower to mid volume, this mode blows my mind. The headphones just disappear. Totally surreal vs an open back headphone like my HD650. I know my ear is sealed but the mics pipe everything in, in a very convincing way.
TLDR see Settings below for high ANC.
Settings:
-Bass 7
-Mids 0
-Treble 0
-ANC 7- 10
