To restore your headphones to factory settings:Remove the headphones from the Bluetooth list on your device.Remove the headphones from your Bose account using the Bose Music app.Slide the Power/Bluetooth switch to the right and hold. At the same time, press and hold the Action button for 30 seconds. The LED indicator will blink white, then amber for 2 to 3 seconds to indicate factory settings are being restored.Once the reset is complete, the LED indicator will slowly blink blue, signifying the headphones are in their original out-of-box state. To connect your Bose QC45 headphones, you can either use the Bose Music app or the Bluetooth menu on your mobile device. For the Bluetooth menu connection:Slide the Power/Bluetooth switch to the right and hold for 3 seconds. You will hear "Ready to connect," and the status light will blink blue.On your device, enable the Bluetooth feature.Select your headphones from the device list. Look for the name you entered in the Bose Music app, or the default name if you haven't named them. Once connected, you will hear “Connected to ,” and the status light will glow solid blue for 10 seconds.
