You might try anazon for affordable cute mirrors and vanity lights, and washable rugs. I would buy a wider cabinet to go over toilet and add a towel rack between on the wall between the toilet and the door. If that is carpet in the floor, it has to go. Plank vinyl would be inexpensive. A print shower curtain would add some color.

January 6, 2023Small bathroom 59"*100" remodel ideas
Just redid mine, well almost done that is lol. 64" to the front edge of the tub, 60" wide, same layout except toilet and sink are on left not right. On the bare wall across from the vanity and toilet, I cut a big hole in the wall and built a box to make recessed shelves. With the 4 inches of recessed space, I have (3) 8" deep shelves that only protrude 4 inches as to not take up much of the precious free space in the room. Thought it was a pretty clever space saving trick. I went with lotus leaf green walls, pretty dark considering it's small and there are no windows, but the vanity, sink, tub insert, trim are all pure white and the floor is sterling oak gray vinyl plank floor so the colors balance out very well. I could go on all day about how much I love these vinyl plank floors. Floating vanity by Ikea, euro small toilet by Ariel. My vanity is slightly too wide, a sacrifice my wife was willing to make in the name of good sinktop space at 31 inches. I'd try and give yourself atleast 40" between the tub and vanity for the toilet. I only have 33" and that extra 7" would have allowed me to mount the toilet paper roll on the side of the vanity comfortably. Using a free standing roll holder until I make a decision on that one. If this isn't a primary bathroom and you could do a pedestal sink, you'll be golden when it comes to free space. I needed storage and we didn't want to put an over the toilet cabinet up so we went with the vanity with drawers. The room feels bigger because the storage is down low and not in your face. Any questions let me know Edit: here's 2 pics You can see the recessed box in the mirror, it's not complete. Just finished cutting the trim that's going in tomorrow. Hi all. This is our master bathroom in our 1990s home that we bought last year. It’s the only room that looks like it’s (mostly) original. The toilet is new, but the sink split a seam this weekend, and the bathtub also needs to be replaced.
The long term plan is to do a full reno, replacing everything and upgrading. But that’s not a now project. However I’d like to take this opportunity, now that we’re being forced to deal with the sink, to do a small facelift - mainly replacing the sink (obviously), as well as the cupboard over the toilet, and painting the walls and maybe the vanity.
I’m mostly looking for colour ideas? The tile and counter top are pale blue. The floor is terrible stained vinyl (which is also not a now project). Under the matt the floor has yellowed and I don’t know how to fix that.
Thoughts? Ideas?

Just had to replace the toilet due to a leak, which now has me wanting to update the rest of the bathroom. We have basically free rein over it, but we don't own this place so would like to stay on a budget.
Bathroom is 32.8 square feet. The space between the toilet and wall is 13.5" exactly, window side it's 5.75". Back wall to closest door edge is 48.5"
Wall color and shower have to stay the same. Hate the vanity light and blinds, dislike the sink faucet. Want to maximize storage and have a modern feel. The connecting studio has navy walls, warm toned wood(poplar? Kinda gold/orangey), and white trim.
And no, there's no exhaust fan 🥲
