If you hover over the color palette in the Styles tab, there should be a “shuffle” symbol that appears. Click on the color palette and it should apply all of the colors to your image overall. Click again to shuffle the colors on the image. It randomizes which colors go where but it does apply your palette to the entire design More on reddit.com

You could achieve this by making multiple teams and inviting only that department to their own team. I do wonder why it is a problem however? If you make the colours and kits and name them something “HR kit”, “Legal kit”, “BD kit”, etc, then they won’t use the wrong one? More on reddit.com

Search Pinterest for color palette. You can save them there and they almost always have the hex codes.

If you don’t have Canva pro I don’t think you can save them. HOWEVER you could make yourself a little labeled pallet template and have that saved. Then you could open it in whatever new document you’ve made and have the colors & fonts etc more handy. Later you could just delete the page and carry on with your new document!
