Portable bluetooth speaker for car
JBL Charge 3 As A Car Speaker?
Get a bt head unit
More on reddit.comCar Bluetooth audio playing through only one speaker. What is this issue/how do I fix this?
That unit seems to plug in-line with your speakers and drives them itself when using it for BT calls or music. You'll need to get to the brain in the dash and check the connections to it and the harness in the car.
If all 4 speakers work with the stock AM/FM/CD but not with the BT unit it's quite possible it's just done for. It's about 6 years old by my guess as I saw reviews for it from 2012 and it's NLA.
The manual offers no help in the way of troubleshooting or real clear information on what could be wrong otherwise so if you don't see anything in a menu somewhere and the stock radio works, I'd suspect the unit.

My portable speaker just died and I'm looking for a replacement for use in my car. Budget is sub-$100. It needs to be loud enough to be heard driving at highway speeds (the car is pretty old so it can get noisy) and also sound decent. I realize nothing at this price point is going to be amazing, but something that doesn't sound harsh, distorted, or hollow would be ideal.
Right now I'm looking at the following, in no particular order:
-JBL Clip 4
-EarFun UBOOM L
-Soundcore Motion 300
-Ultimate Ears WONDERBOOM 3
-Sony SRS-XB100 (possibly XB13)
Review sites make them all seem like decent choices, but looking at actual user reviews gives me pause. If anyone can make a recommendation I would appreciate it, even if it's something not on the list.
I'm not interested in replacing my stereo, so please don't direct me to r/CarAV.
