"Good enough to learn on" means "good enough to play semi-professionally on". As a learner you are supposed to have the full range of the instrument available, and if there's anything about the instrument that holds you back it will be detrimental to learning the instrument, and often demotivating which will hold you back long-term. You should definitely go for a full 88 key keyboard unless you have a very good reason to get something smaller, e.g. "I have a full piano at home, but I need something portable for gigging." You can get some very good 88 key keyboards within that price range, like Yamaha P-45, Yamaha P-115, Roland FP-30 or Kawai ES110. Also, you should almost definitely get a keyboard with weighted keys, especially if you aspire to play classical pieces. Those Casios do not have weighted keys, and from my experience cheap Casios are among the worst instruments to play on. I'd go with a tried and tested option, like one of the ones mentioned above. It is definitely not as nice as the Yamaha P-45, but given you can often find it marked down to $350 while the Yamaha P-45 sells for $550 now, I think it makes a good option if the P-45 and similar models would be more than you'd be comfortable spending.
