They don't have chat support and when you contact customer support they reply to you via email. If you report multiple issues at the same time good luck identifying which email is for which question. The most important learning for me is that when a company claims they do all they probably don't do it well. Celtra would claim that you can do all creative automation (DPA, video production, size changes, feed-based automation, gifs, asset distribution to platforms, naming conventions, taxonomy), and yes technically you can do all that but at a cost of your time.
