Didn't get approved right away. Took them a few weeks of completely ghosting me (no promised email follow up after the application until they approved me), but then they suddenly approved me.
The card arrived with agreements etc. but no activation sticker.
Even weirder thing is that in the "activate card" page of my Chase account it's not even showing up as an option.
Did anyone experience this?
I am going to call them, but I was curious if this was common.

Hi all!
I recently got the chase business ink card. I have had the chase sapphire preferred card for years. I am curious if there is a way to link them in the app so I can have all my information and accounts in one platform? Right now I have to log out of the app and log back in with my chase ink info which is quite annoying

You need the client service center to combine your two profiles. Either go to a branch and have a competent banker do it or call and be prepared to wait a while. Tell the person you want to combine your personal and business profiles so you can view both on the app. Once done you should be able to toggle between the personal and business accounts under one login.

Commenting for anyone looking for a September 2024 update: I just called Chase and merged my profiles in less than 10 minutes. You can only view both personal and business accounts from the business login. I logged into my business account (mobile) and can now toggle between both personal and business accounts, seeing all of them.

I just got approved for a chase ink preferred business card and it's going to arrive next week. How do I get a chase business login? Do I need the card first? I feel like I'm going around in circles looking for the answer.
Follow up question: This was a referral sign up from a family member. I was told to message chase through secured messge (with my login) and then ask to be upgraded from the 100k (referral offer) to the 120k current sign up offer. This is why I wanted to get a business login. However, could I by chance secure message about my business card sign up bonus through my normal/nonbusiness chase account? Lastly, if the 120k offer expires (September 5 apparently), and then I message them after the date, would I have a chance to get the 120k sign up offer still?

You need the card first. Then you’ll have to call Chase and have them move your other accounts over to the business side. They’ll have you create a new login. Had to re enter my Zelle contacts (just got the Ink Cash a few weeks ago). Not sure about getting the better offer part. Did you request expedited shipping on the card?

You don't need your business login to be up and running yet in order to do any of this. What you do need, though, is your card in your hand. The person who referred you will NOT get the referral bonus unless you are approved (which you have been) AND you have received the card (seems silly to me, maybe it is an anti-fraud measure) AND let Chase know you have received the card (activate it per the instructions on the sticker on the card). For the bump from 100k to 120k bonus points, you can indeed send a Secure Message from your personal account. Just tell them why you are doing it that way. The possible Catch-22 is that you need to identify the card. Try telling them the type of card, when you were approved, etc. Don't send your SSN or TIN or DoB over the SM. They don't need it from you in that context and there is no point in testing the "Secure" part. But do this right now. Tonight. By the way, you can link the Biz card/online account to your personal login/profile. Then, in the future, you can just log in to your Biz account and see all your Biz and Personal cards there in one place. It doesn't work going the other direction. Oops. I just saw that u/Background_Map_34 already gave you the info in my last paragraph. Once in a great while I find that I need to use my personal login, but it is truly almost never.
