I recently moved out to Aurora from Iowa and was used to getting the bulk of my groceries at an Aldi, but have come to no luck in finding one out here. I have little money to spend on groceries so I was wondering if anyone knew of any similar stores out here that offer off brand groceries for the cheap?
Great Value brand is getting me by but I'm sure there are better/cheaper suggestions from the locals! Thanks for any input.

What are people saying about grocery in Denver, CO?
"I drive clear across town once a week to shop at Petes. I go there for the best gyro meat and homemade Tzaziki in all of Colorado. I have been shopping there for years now. I have grown to love the owners and employees like family. I cannot imagine buying my gyros meat from anywhere else! Oh, the fresh vegetables are a plus, and the Greek olives, feta, pitas, and not to mention the rose Turkish delights! OK, I just talked myself into heading across town to Petes again."
