Hi I have frequently used both "theperfectgifts" and "joker master cards", about a moth ago I went to check the balance as usual but for some reason the link just doesn't work? It always takes forever to load, and then says disconnected, took to long to load some bull like that, and its been like that for over a month, Ive periodically checked, both the register and check balance for both the joker and perfect gift sites aren't working at all, anyone else having this issue? Why is this happening and is there a fix? Thanks
So I bought one, added money into it and even registered it and yet I can't buy things online. I'm a student who bought one due to not having a credit card and I wanted to buy my cosplays, and sadly when I went onto the sites to buy my cosplays, the card didn't work(The websites accepts using a joker card, my friends tried in the past but only for me for some reason it doesn't work). I've tried to call the services using my friends phone(my phone is broken) but only a bot answered me on the other end. Does anyone perhaps know how to help me out?
Here is a summary of how I lost $300 on a fraudulent Joker Visa gift card:
- Purchased a Visa Gift card at a Shopper Drugmart downtown and loaded it with $300
- Noticed the packaging was damaged, but because all the gift cards were similarily damaged, I figured it was an inventory problem
- Register card online. Try to use the card about 10 days later-- balance is $0.29
- Check online balance and history, see the card was activated at a BRAMPTON NoFrills
- Checked the sales receipt for the Visa and saw that the numbers on the physical card DO NOT match the last four digits provided on the receipt. Someone had switched boxes/cards.
I don't know how, but someone is activating these cards first, switching their boxes (probably with cards they already used), and keeping new ones waiting for them to be loaded with cash. Joker Visa gift cards also do not have a number to contact for fraud problems-- the only contact info they provide is a physical address for snail mail... Furthermore, because the number on my receipt does not match the number on my fraudulent Visa gift card, I cannot show Shoppers Drugmart that the card they sold me was previously activated elsewhere. If I could, I am sure they would give me a refund.
Takeaway: OPEN YOUR VISA GIFT CARD AT THE STORE and make sure the numbers match what is on the receipt, Furthermore, stay away from any gift card with damaged packaging.
Sigh... 'tis the season of fraud.

I bought $200 gift card, from my local shoppers drug mart, and I’ve tried 20 different retailers and every single time my card keeps getting declined.
I cannot use this card anywhere! Stay far away from this company because there is nobody to talk to; the only customer service repersentive they have is robots.
Biggest scam in Canada right now. If anyone knows the Joker’s agents phone # please comment before I take legal action, because this is f*kn ridiculous, I’ve never had a problem with actual prepaid visas like (MyPrepaidCenter, etc).
I bought a Joker prepaid card with 150$ the other day and have been trying to register it for a few days now but every time I'm hit back with an error saying
"We are unable to process your request at this time. If you continue to receive this error, please contact Cardholder services by calling the number on the back of your card."
Calling the number on the back of the card is absolutely useless since it just tells me that it can't find my card. I'm really hoping I didn't throw 150$ down the drain. If anyone has a solution, I would greatly appreciate it, thank you.
I recently bought a joker mastercard and have been trying to use it online everywhere, I have prior bought a card and used it online just fine, I dont know why but this card won't work online at all. I have adequate balance and have registered the card, any ideas?
I really need help with trying to solve this issue because I spent alot of money on it for games and it still has 200 dollars on it. When I tried to pay for anything else it just stopped working completely. I can't tell if it locked on me or not but I can't input the balance or it will say an error to register your card? I keep trying to call them but I can't even get past the automated menu to speak to an actual human being because instead it just keeps hanging up on me so does anyone know how I can get through this stupid automated menu to speak to an actual human being so I can get my card issue resolved?
