r/Fitness on Reddit: How specifically did Chris Pratt transform?
July 12, 2014 -

I just recently read his feature in Men's Fitness magazine (http://www.mensfitness.com/life/entertainment/how-chris-pratt-dropped-60-pounds-six-months) and it talks about him losing 60 lbs in 6 months. Now it's not first time I've heard of this type of change when it comes to losing weight but this guy also packed on the muscle. Then the article talks about how he was eating 4000 calories a day with tons of water. This goes against everything I thought I knew about weight loss.

Can someone explain this to me or point me where I can get better information on this as I've spent the last 6 months restricting my intake to around 1200-1500 calories to lose weight but I want to gain muscle too like Chris did?

Do you have a six month workout and meal program that can get these results?

Thanks in advance!
