How does it compare?
Liked it at first but didn’t get enough from it when things got more complicated. It comes down to not being my learning style I think. I’ve been enjoying courses through Udemy

Codeacademy Pro - Worth it?
I don't really recommend codeacademy for anything. The way all their stuff is set up makes it too easy to forget everything right after you learn it. For learning python I'd recommend the book python crash course if you want to do web dev, or if you're not sure if you want to do web dev and you just want to learn python, automatetheboringstuff.com

Which aspect is the most important when choosing the best online learning platforms?
How does Codecademy compare to LinkedIn learning, Coursera, or one of the other learning websites?
I paid for the Pro version with a 50% discount. From my perspective, I like Codecademy because it has a good variety of resources and the platform allows you to code while you learn. It also makes complex topics easy. As some people may say, the content might be kind of introductory but that depends on what are you looking for. I would actually recommend it for a novice. I mostly use it to polish some knowledge I was supposed to acquire during college and learn some new stuff in a more interesting way.
Comparing to the platforms I’m familiar with. You get good value for your money rather than just a bunch of expensive and boring videos.
