I don't think either of these grinders are commercially rated i.e. they will not stand up to 100s of uses per day. What you really need is a grinder that your local tech can service - what will you do if something stops working in the middle of a work day. The fact that you're asking reddit is also an issue. I've heard the OXO is not good for grinding a single cup at a time. Same for the Palico Aroma Coffee Grinder and Solis Scala.
The Baratza gets great reviews but is 200USD where I live (Japan).
I'm using a manual burr grinder now, but I'd like something hands-off that makes enough for just a couple of cups. For dark-roast drip coffee.

I’m thining of getting a Fellow Ode gen 2 for filter and coldbrew purpose and a Niche Zero for espresso-based drinks for my new, humble local coffee shop. Are they work well in commercial? Back to back work flow?
Note, these two are both single-dose grinders, so 1 more question is should I get a multi purpose single dose grinder for both espresso and and filtered(specialty beans) and another espresso grinder with bigger hopper for regular beans?

Your questions are triggering some red flags. I don't want you to fail. My shop has 4 grinders - 2 for espresso (medium and dark), 1 for decaf and 1 for drip - None of them are single dose. Single Dosing in a commercial setting is going to get old quick unless you have something like an Acacia Orion Bean doser. As far as a prosumer grinder in a commercial shop, it really depends on how busy you are. We started out with a Baratza Sette 270 for decaf and I have seen it in at least one other shop. For decaf, it worked fine but was an eye-sore and loud. We replaced it after about 6 months of being open.
