Has anyone deciphered this? I think I may be able to subscribe to Disney+, Hulu Black Friday deal at Hulu.com ($4.99/mo), then add the HBO Max Black Friday deal ($2.99/mo)to my Hulu account.
The fine print on hulu.com/hbomax says "Offer for new and eligible existing Hulu and Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Bundle subscribers only; Disney+ and Disney+, Hulu Bundle subscribers are not eligible. HBO Max Basic With Ads Add-on requires Hulu base plan subscription."
BUT I wouldn't be able to do this if I subscribe to the Disney+, Hulu Black Friday deal at disneyplus.com because their platform only allows HBO Max as part of a bundle, not as an add on.
AND I think I can use my Blue Cash Preferred AMEX for a statement credit of up to $10/mo when purchased through Hulu.com to essentially get all three free for the year. (Fine print from https://www.americanexpress.com/us/credit-cards/card/blue-cash-preferred/?intlink=us_card_benefits_blue_cash_preferred "Now, with the enhanced $120 Disney Streaming Credit, you can earn up to $10 back per month as a statement credit when you use your enrolled Blue Cash Preferred® Card to purchase a subscription, or bundle subscription, on DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com, or Plus.espn.com U.S. websites, now with no minimum purchase requirement."
Am I missing something or will this work?
So I currently have the bundle with Disney+ & Hulu and it says starting on or after October 21, 2025 my price will for from $29.99 to $32.99.
If I want it says I can switch to the ad supported bundle for $19.99.
So it looks like both bundle prices have gone up. Wonder if the single subscriptions will go up also...
