I renewed my license online for the first time on 09/09/2023. I checked the status of my license and says that the mail date was issued in 09/15/2023 and that the status is "Card Mailed"

I have no idea what that means, does that mean it was shipped or was it delivered? I never got anything in the mail. I tried calling but all I get is an automated DL renewal robot call that hangs up on me while processing my request every time. I dont know if there is a real person I can speak to or what because this is just ridiculous. I live in Illinois.

I hope I don’t come off as stupid asking this question but my drivers license was supposed to be here two months ago and I still have yet to receive it in the mail. (Moved here from Iowa so not a renewal)

I have already checked the status online and over the phone but the problem is they do not have anyone on the number they say to call who can actually help me easier and automated person. I will try to go to a different line just to be transferred to someone or maybe have a little insight but they are no help and just give me the same number again which goes to the automated status update which mine says “mailed” and has for WEEKS. My DL was issued on 4/12 so it is well passed the 15 days where I should have received it.

So my question is, do I just keep waiting and hope that it gets here before my paper one expires or is there an actual number/email that I can reach out to on this? Every time I call it seems useless as they say they can only assist me with their specific department stuff.m and through a phone number at me that doesn’t work.

I got my drivers license renewed on 2/27/24. They said it would take up to 15 business days, and now it's been FIVE weeks. Online the automated system says, "Card in Process - To Be Manufactured Soon." - wtf am I supposed to do. There isn't anyone to talk to and I need my DL
