I don’t recommend a Cinetic Dyson at all. They do not have a pre-motor filter, just many cyclones. Their cyclones are good, just not quite that effective. They come in for service at even just a year old with fried motors all the time. For example, the fine dirt sometimes jams the brushes and ruins the motor. They are annoying to repair as well. On top of that, it features other notorious breaking points that they never fixed. For example, their cleaner heads are known for getting hair wrapped in themselves and destroying themselves, yet they have failed to fix it for years. No matter the type, unfortunately, a Dyson would definitely not last like your Phillips model. Back in the days of the DC07 and even to the DC33, they would, but they are all marketing hype now. If you have allergies, avoid bagless machines at all costs. It simply isn't worth it. A bag is the number 1 filter in a machine. Without it, bagless machines have to compensate expensive filters just to try and cover up the dust that leaves the machine. The filters start clogging after a bagless' first use. You'd have to change the expensive filters everytime you vacuum in order to keep it its maximum efficiency. I'd probably recommend a Sebo Felix at the price tag of the Big Ball. Their HEPA filtration bags lock in dust mites and other debris with a sealed system. It's Made in Germany and comes with a great warranty and the machine itself is very versatile. More on reddit.com
