Like others have said make an appointment, it will be very fast. I had an issue with my left side rumbling with bass and was lower than the right. I called them and they just asked questions about the problem and sent me new ones without any issue. You should only be their for a few minutes. Good luck :)

For scheduling an appointment, only the next available time is present. I had to talk with support to get another time.
I tried to reschedule the appointment and ran into a similar situation.
If a person has to talk with someone in Apple Support for another choice, why (try to) schedule/reschedule and appointment online in the first place?
