As much as I hate that the use of emojis look so unprofessional if used in any documents, damn they are great for searching. Just recognizing the symbol makes you able to find the correct section without links while quickly scrolling. Also the color reference is just so damn helpful for anything UI related. I wish more projects and even companies had that. More on reddit.com
How To Write a README?
If you don't actually have README content, then it's fine to not have one. At the very least, I usually include: author/contact information. link to bugtracker (if any) known issues (if any) instructions to build (if any) instructions to run (if applicable) instructions to run test suite(s) (if any) More on reddit.com

Looks good, but the emojis are really unnecessary in my personal opinion. For instance, why does the sun represent usage? More on reddit.com
Next Level Readme Template
I immediately get annoyed by any readme that is littered with emojis. Structure is a good thing, but I prefer a README that is "to the point"...$0.02

Just having a "Contributing" section in your README is a good start. Another approach is to split off your guidelines into their own file (CONTRIBUTING.md). If you use GitHub and have this file, then anyone who creates an issue or opens a pull request will get a link to it. You can also create an issue template and a pull request template.

January 19, 2021 - The "Copy Markdown" feature is specific to your use case, but if you remove that, whats left is a very nice way to quickly view github projects and link to them. I mean, in general, the README is the main meat of a repository page, so being able to quickly navigate readme's is great!
