Anyone ever heard of them?? I'm pretty sure I'm being scammed

I bought some parts from my bike off Facebook Marketplace. Paid $200.

Then the seller tells me the courier (named in the title) will require some refundable fees to process shipping. I paid $260, I know...dumb. Lesson learned.

After a couple of days of them claiming they never received payment even though my bank said it went thru, they finally say it's all good and parts were on the way.

Now, they're telling me my parts are in Customs and they require $300 for tax stamp or some BS and that $280 was refundable upon delivery.

Anyone ever deal with anything like this? Actually scam or does that customs thing sound legit? I paid with zelle, I know...dumb again, so there was no buyer protection.

I didn't pay the $300 they want. I'm still arguing with them as of now.
