I'm using a 4a5G, it's basically the same phone, on A14 and loving it. It's a great phone. Next upgrade for me is the P10 with the TSMC chipset. At that point I expect the Pixel value proposition will be unbeatable. More on reddit.com

I still prefer the Pixel photos in most cases. Google does need to do more on the camera department because others have more or less caught up. The differences aren't huge anymore.

This is a common issue that runs across all Pixel lines. Its amazing how many of the same bugs carried over from my Pixel 3 to my P5.
There is only one way to fix this and you will need to do it almost every time you restart your phone.
Swipe left to your news feed, click on your profile image on top right, select settings, select Google assistant, select voice match, make sure everything is enabled. (Usually you just need to enter the voice match settings to trip the bug back).
Problem fixed. This bug has existed since the P3 btw.
Feel free to report the bug to Google, I'm sure they will continue to do nothing about it.

I purchased new pixel 5 yesterday for 220$ and its phenomenal one, i felt downgrade on phone sound from pixel 7 and 8 pro
So what's your experience so far with Pixel 5
Whats next plan to upgrade? Pixel 9 maybe or 8a ?
edit: I think if Pixel 9 will have zoom lens i will buy it and keep pixel 5 for Photos backup

Me, it's the best, waiting until they put the scanner on the back again, and they use a processor that isn't some modded exynos dogshit. They need snapdragon from tsmc again
