Govee Immersion Wi-Fi TV Backlights
I have 55" and I had pretty hard time to get it there without visible cables. 43" is no go.
Check out Govee flo pro light bar, this should be for you

You can buy it then temporarily attach it to the tv with tape and see if it is bright enough. If it's not to your liking return it. There is no way to add lights and have it sync correctly. Personally I think it's better than hue because it will work with all inputs including a smart tvs inbuilt apps.

The difference between the one with/without the light bars is that the kit use one electric outlet to power both the bars and the led and buying separately require 2 electric outlet.
There is an Immersion kit using bars+camera, an other using led+camera and another one using bars+led+camera. There is the option to add the bars (a kit without camera but that sync with wifi) that you can sync to a kit with camera using the sync center in the command menu of the app. (this last option is what I did but require 2 power outlet but have the advantage of being possitionnable everywhere in the room)
