UPDATE: they replied back saying “Thank you for the pictures. I did not realize you had taken the buckle off. I am more than happy to replace the belt for you for the same style, size and color. I will also send you a prepaid USPS label by email for you to return the other belt. Does that work for you?”, so it looks like I’ll be getting a replacement. Hopefully I can give a real review when I receive it, but for now it seems all is clear now More on reddit.com

Their thicker ones are significantly better imo. Their base Gunner belt is decent but has warped on me over only a couple years of not-heavy use. Maybe not enough to warrant a return or not use it at all, but still. I do wish their buckles were smaller though. More on reddit.com
