The Sopranos and The Wire are the two best shows ever made in history along with Breaking Bad no cap. True Detective's Season 1 is God Tier and the best detective show ever. Imo is up there with Sopranos, Wire and Breaking Bad. The other two seasons are also good but seasons 1 is fucking Diamond. Plus none of the seasons are realted they have different mysteries with different characters of their own. Band of Brothers, Chernobyl and Mare of Easttown are some great miniseries. Rome is a great periodical show showcasing the rise of the Roman Empire. Shows like Game of Thrones are inspired from this and its agreat show. Succession is currently the best ongoing show imo. Even better than Better Call Saul imo. It has potential to be with the all time greats Sopranos, Wire & Breaking Bad. Euphoria is the best teen drama period. Westworld is a great western fantasy drama. The quality drops with every season but they are still great and imo its still the best Sci-Fi show out there. Deadwood, Big Little Lies, The Leftovers, The Deuce are some also great fucking shows. Banshee and Warrior are Cinemax Originals which is HBO's child company. They are super entertaining fast paced shows with great action sequences. Note- All the HBO shows I have mentioned have great acting and cast performaces and great writing and character developement throughout them. NOTE- DON'T TRY TO BINGE THE SHOWS THESE SHOWS ARE MADE TO BE WATCHED SLOWLY SO GIVE THEM TIME AND SEE FOR YOURSELF HOW GREAT MASTERPIECES THEY ARE. I ADVICE WATCHING ONE EPISODE PER DAY(2 AT MAX) THAT IS HOW THEY CAN BE BEST ENJOYED. OTHERWISE EVERYTHING IS UP TO YOU HOW YOU ENJOY THEM More on reddit.com

The first "It's not TV, It"s HBO" show. This show was the spark I think that set HBO off to dominate TV as We know it. Great drama. Incredibly large talented cast. Hollywood has used actors from this show to fuel talent on Movies & TV shows too many to count.

Of course, we all love The Sopranos, Game of Thrones, True Detective, Boardwalk Empire, and The Wire, but I recently watched Mare of Easttown and absolutely loved it. I was blown away that no one had ever mentioned it to me. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone post about it on regular social media.
