ReBath Home Depot
Anyone ever use Lowe's or Home Depot to do a bathroom or kitchen renovation in your home? How'd it go?
I’m about to start an entire bathroom remodel. Any tips or things you wish you had known before your remodel?
Anyone done a Kitchen/Bath remodel through the Home Depot Design Center?

Hey, just wanted to know has anyone dealt with Rebath(contracted with) home depot company? We had them out for a quote for some bathroom remodeling (didn't realize they basically do replace and not remodeling whole bathroom).Gave us a quote for under $20k to redo our shower. The issue we are having is they said they are the only contractors that home depot allows to work with them for bathroom stuff and they require full payment up front or put it on a home depot cc(not signing up for that). We have never had to pay contractors up front for work on the projects in our house. Usually it's been 15-30% upfront and the rest due at project completion/day of installation. Anybody dealt with this or got advice of go ahead or find someone else?
Just curious if their pricing, quality of work, etc, was on par with independent contractors. I'm trying not to get burnt by a contractor and am imagining that going with one of those stores would limit my risk.
I’ve currently got a separate shower and tub with a double vanity. This will not be a DIY, I can barely get crafts with my kids to look decent. If you’ve got any ideas, tips advice or words of warning on your remodels, I’d love to hear it all.
