Your login is your initials then some random numbers- the password is generated when you get your username/myapron id, and you change it the first time you log on.

I would just wait for your hiring manager or the Asds (the supervisor who works by training room) to give it to you .

I’ve been on LOA for a few months due to school and i’ve recently contacted my HR about my return. I was told I need to reset my password in order to access my account which I did, but I am only able to login to my workday account and not my workforce account. Does anybody know if they are separate accounts and what I should do to get my workforce login?

You’re just now trying to figure out how to work around HD’s tech? You’ll need to reset your password at least six times before it propagates. Maybe.

They are different apps. Workforce won’t be available until you come back from LOA. To return from LOA work with your HR partner on a return date. I believe you may have to accept the return date in Workday, hence the need to be able to login.

Well, mythdhr.com used to have two options to login, one for Current employee and Former. I do not see that option now. You can poke around that link, it's where the W2's are stored.

Your W-2 will be available online 1/24, and a hard copy will be mailed by 1/31.

Same happened to me on leave, even if you change your password you won't have access to your account. I checked my schedule on the morning of my first listed day back (around 6 am) and then just went from there. Another coworker told me he had to call corporate to get his schedule. You might be able to get it from your ASDS but I didn't have any luck. If any devs are lurking this subreddit, your system is braindead and the dumbest thing I've ever had to work with

The same thing happened to me when I came back earlier this month. Try changing your password and eventually you should be able to get in. I believe it’ll depend on when your ASDS reactivates you from LOA. I was able to get in the night before my first shift back

I tried signing into workday, even though try as I might to forget everything about that company, I still somehow remember my LDAP. it won't send me an email, I can't get a text code cause I don't work there anymore, thus I can't recreate my password. does anyone have any single idea how to get my w2? I WILL wait, if I have to, but I really don't want to.
