Totally depends on your location, the tile and the layout. It's a small area, so you will pay a premium per square foot. Here in S FL, that's sorta high for that amount of tile. But, if you know the person and trust them, the extra cost would be worth it to me. Most contractors are super-busy right now, and are pricing accordingly. More on reddit.com

Generally with rectangles it’s better to break it down by width and height- ie - 263 / 6 is about 44 tiles wide, 19/3 is about 7 tiles tall (rounding up) 7x44 308. Add 10% for breakage and whatnot. More if you have lots of things to cut around. 400 def seems too high. More on reddit.com
