I'm trying to help my sister out here! She's had an email letting her know a free trial for an old app is coming to an end and the subscription fee is going to be taken from her account tomorrow. She no longer has the phone she had this app on and she has never had it on her new Android phone. As she no longer has an iPhone, is there a way she can access her old Apple ID to cancel it? She has no Apple products at all anymore. She has tried to log into the app online to cancel the subscription but no longer has the password and when she requests a link to reset the password, nothing happens! Any help would be hugely appreciated :)

So I have a small problem. I switched from an iphone awhile back to an android and I forgot about my apple subscription to the icloud. I would have canceled it before I switched, but I wasnt sure if my photos would save if I didnt keep it while it switched to google. So I kept it just so It would keep my files but then I forgot about my subscription. I gave my old iphone away to my sibling and I no longer have any apple devices. When I try to cancel my subscription it just says to open the prompt on apple device. I never had any apple devices other then that one phone. When I look up on google what to do it just tells me to do what ive tried. I would apriciate any help at all :)
