r/oneplus on Reddit: How to Reset privacy password or Security question which are asked when fingerprint for apps is disabled
January 5, 2024 -

Oneplus users help please. I have OnePlus Nord 2

I accidentally turned off fingerprint for App lock now when I try to open an App that has a fingerprint login asks me for a privacy password I don't remember the pin for that and when I click on forgot password it asks me a security question, the answer to which I forgot 😭

I can neither change the question nor remember it. I have gone through YouTube videos and searched on the net but couldn't find a solution, one video mentioned when I click on forgot password we could send a reset link to mail that option is not visible to me.

Help me on how to fix it
