No, it only charges through a lightning cable unfortunately. The only battery pack that you can charge wirelessly is the Otterbox version. https://www.otterbox.com/en-us/magsafe-wireless-power-bank-for-magsafe-and-5k-mah-black/78-80534.html Answer from ZS88 on reddit.com

MagSafe chargers and battery packs for iPhone - Apple Support
For the MagSafe Battery Pack (Lightning port) only, you can also connect your iPhone to power instead of the MagSafe Battery to charge both devices simultaneously. Note: By default, charging is limited to 90 percent to optimize the lifespan of MagSafe Battery Pack.

r/MagSafe on Reddit: Can the battery pack be charged by a magsafe charger instead of a lightning cable?
May 2, 2022 -
I am getting into magsafe accessories because my phone’s charging port broke (and I am planning to buy a 14 Pro this year so those accessories can carry over).
The magsafe battery pack looks attractive but it charges with a lightning cable; so I was wondering if I can avoid using a cable and put it on my magsafe charger? Would that work?

Whenever I tried to charge mine via the magsafe charger it didn't work too well. I would invest in the anker magsafe charger. They work best.

MagSafe Battery Pack that charges without a cable | Ars OpenForum
January 26, 2023 - A few phones have "reverse charging" implemented that-- turn it on in software to output if a connected device is detected (Qi has a little bit of data exchanged between the devices to manage the charge/charge rate)-- and the typical use case is to flip your phone face down on a table, lay your true wireless earbuds case or your watch against the phone and let those devices get a little charge from the phone's bigger battery. There's no reason something like a MagSafe battery pack (or 3rd party one compatible with MagSafe etc.) couldn't have a toggle switch where normally it's listening for a device connection and if you slap a phone on it it charges to the phone...

Do you use it all day plugged at your phone or only when you need a bust?

You’re supposed to use it attached all day, so the Battery Pack is drained first. It works better that, rather than losing a lot of energy trying to charge from zero

Use them both from 100% when travelling. Once the pack is dead I’ll recharge that first when I get a chance so I have a almost full phone battery + a fresh charge for the pack.

But actually it is one recommended way to manage charging both the MagSafe charger and the iPhone. Note, however, that the MagSafe charger increases the capacity of the phone+charger by only 40%. You can get wired battery packs that have 10,000 MaH capacity that can essentially give 2.5 to 3 full charges to the phone before they need to be recharged.

November 19, 2025 - I use multiple MagSafe accessories daily, such as a finger loop, wallet, and even a USB-C MagSafe hub, and the moment you attach a traditional battery pack, all of that becomes unusable. Kuxiu’s B10 finally fixes this with a brilliantly simple idea: magnets on both sides, letting you charge your phone with Qi2 while still attaching any MagSafe accessory you want.

2 days ago - But the best part is that it supports 35W charging speeds, so I can charge my iPad almost at full speed with the wired that comes built in. This is amazing to have when you are on the move. I can charge my iPad without any issues using the same battery that I use for my iPhone. If I really want to, I can charge both an iPhone via Magsafe and my iPad while wired in.
