Airpods Pro with an Android phone
They will connect just like any Bluetooth pair of head phones. I connect my AirPods Pro with my Nintendo Switch. I don’t know if ALL of the AirPods Pro features would work with Android. I believe the transparency mode and noise cancellation is on by default and doesn’t matter what device you’re paired to. But I’m not sure they’ll do the ‘head tracking’ for spatial audio (surround sound/Dolby Atmos) or the automatic eq adjustment. (I’m just assuming, I could be wrong). I’d say pull the trigger and buy them. Just buy them from somewhere you can return them should you decide not to keep them. I absolutely love mine, but I do use them with iPhone. More on reddit.com

June 3, 2024 - The only downside is that you cannot edit any settings, such as choosing the action if you press the AirPods, and the music does not stop automatically if you remove one AirPod from your ear, for example. You can set this up in the previously named app, but this function has a slight delay because Apple does not want this to work on Android devices. (They removed that feature for AirPods Pro; on 1st-generation AirPods, this worked before.)
