Thanks to u/sookegirl for the idea.
I was at ikea last week and an employee told me there’s a deal on Thursdays and Sundays where if you spend a certain amount, you get some money off. It was like spend $100, get $25 off and only on certain days of the week. Anyone heard of this?
Don’t see anything on the website, just checking as I could use the little discount.

Been searching the entire world wide web for a week now and all of the 'available' codes are invalid for some reason.
Looking for a friend to help me save a bit lol.
Best bet would be to marry a co-worker for their co-worker discount. Hope you don't mind a wardrobe full of striped yellow polos. 🤣🤣🤣
Discount codes are usually done at a store level unless the whole country does the sale. This is because each store is ran as it’s own business dependent from other stores.
Saw a banner for ikea family members to get $15 off $150 and $25 off $250 through 9/2/25 (USA). I was online to use my promotional coupon from the Memorial Day sale and noticed this stacks.
Hi all, anyone have any idea what "Chicago VAPS MLK Spend & Get 2025" might refer to as a discount (probably just in the US)? That's what was listed in my order summary before I got in the shower, but now it's not. :( I couldn't find reference to it anywhere on the IKEA site or on the rest of the web. Any chance it not being there might be a glitch, considering MLK day hasn't even happened yet, and the sales day (Sunday) isn't even over yet in local time?
Unfortunately I didn't calculate the percentage at the time, but I think it was 20% ($67ish off my $350ish bed and mattress when just those two were in my cart, but it applied to everything I added), so pretty significant on an order that ended up around $500.
Can anyone share 10% off IKEA voucher from CRED. I have some purchases to make for my neice. Thanks in advance.
Hello,
I enrolled for Ikea family couple of days back, verified the email and there was a Initial sign up bonus offer wherein we would get $20 off $150 instore purchase. Apparently Ikea sends a QR code for that but we have never received that. Multiple calls to their customer support have not been helpful.
Wondering if there is a way for the check out counter to directly give that offer instore or do we have to wait for the coupon? We are moving and need to buy stuff this weekend and was hoping to save the $20 if possible.
Thanks
Any discount codes available for boxing day? looking to drop about a $1000 order and every bit helps
Hello, I’ve been planning our summer kitchen remodel and see ikea is doing a $10 coupon for every $100 spent through Memorial Day weekend. I have researched and see that the cyclical kitchen sale doesn’t seem to happen in the US since the beginning of COVID, so is this equivalent 10% off about the best I can hope for in the coming months? I could get all our kitchen cabinets and use the coupon value to do our pantry/laundry room later this summer so if this is going to be my best chance for a discount I want to take it! Thanks.
Has anyone figured out a pattern to IKEA coupons? Has anyone else felt like there are fewer IKEA coupons lately.
I'm planning on buying a Billy/Oxberg ($159) some time fairly soon, but figured I could wait until I get another coupon from IKEA. Unfortunately, it seems like it's been a while, so I wondered if there was a pattern to the coupons. So a quick search of my emails ("IKEA + coupon"), shows the following (not counting my birthday coupon):
2019 coupons:
-
January: $25 off $150
2018 coupons:
-
Thanksgiving/Black Friday - $25 off $100
-
Veteran's Day/Make Room For Celebration event- $25 off $150
-
July - Back to College event $25 off $150
-
April - Make Room For Nature: $25 off $150
2017 coupons:
-
November/Decmber - $25 off $150
2016 coupons:
-
November/December - $25 off $150
-
July-September for new catalog - $20 off $150
Does that seem right to everyone? Am I missing some? Was 2018 a fluke? Just based on my (totally not scientific survey), it looks like there's the chance of a back-to-school coupon next month, but if I definitely want to use a coupon, I'll have to wait until November.
I know this has been posted before, but I would really like some help finding a discount/coupon if possible. I want to purchase the VIHALS Extendable Table for $139.99 but it doesn’t seem like the student discount would apply so searching for anything else I can find. Pls help, would really help with my college apartment
